With nearly 15 years of experience, Kara brings a wealth of therapeutic expertise to her massage practice. A Colorado native and graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal wellness. Kara's approach is deeply client-centered; she listens attentively to individual needs and tailors each session to address specific concerns and wellness goals. By combining flowing techniques with positive thinking and self-love principles, she aims to target the root causes of physical pain. Her massage style, described as flowing, therapeutic, and intuitive, encompasses a range of modalities, from relaxing Swedish to prenatal, trigger point, and deep tissue. Outside of her practice, Kara enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, and reading.

With over 12 years of leadership and management experience, Rachel has honed her expertise in driving business success as a General Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to every project she undertakes. Rachel has been visiting Topsail Island since childhood and cherishes her time spent on the beach with her family. She is thrilled about the opportunity to grow within the industry, work alongside an exceptional team, and contribute to a business she is deeply passionate about.​

From New York to Topsail Island in 2004, Grace's journey has led her to a fulfilling career in skincare. Initially a teacher and then an Inis Spa receptionist, she found her calling in holistic wellness. Her close collaboration with Mary over many years has equipped her with extensive knowledge, which she now applies to her personalized facial treatments. Grace is passionate about helping clients feel rejuvenated, radiating her positive spirit throughout each session.

With a career spanning since 2008, Jennifer is a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Usui Reiki Master, returning to Eastern NC in 2024. A graduate at the top of her class in San Diego, CA, and a certified Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), she demonstrates a commitment to advanced training. Holding three advanced certifications in Trigger Point Therapy and as an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Jennifer's expertise is extensive. She crafts personalized massage experiences, blending Eastern and Western techniques to address specific needs, providing both targeted relief and profound relaxation.​​

With a distinguished career in the holistic spa industry, including 15 years as Spa Director at Ireland's esteemed Dromoland Castle Hotel, Mary has brought her expertise to Topsail Island. In 2005, she fell in love with the island's unique energy and established Inis Spa, "inis" being the Irish word for "island." Mary offers specialized Holistic European facials, drawing on her extensive training and experience gained in Ireland, France, China, and the United States. You can find her full-time at Inis Spa, where she's dedicated to providing exceptional holistic treatments.​

 Inspired by the powerful benefits of massage during her own prenatal and postpartum experiences, Jessica pursued a career in massage therapy. She understands firsthand how massage can alleviate aches, calm the mind, and promote overall well-being. A graduate of a Maryland massage therapy program, Jessica has been practicing since 2018. Her expertise encompasses a range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Trigger Point, and Stretching, allowing her to provide tailored treatments for each client.

Specializing in therapeutic and Eastern Tuina massage, she skillfully blends traditional Chinese techniques with contemporary therapeutic methods, fostering relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. As a Marine spouse, Sunny embodies resilience and discipline, values that inform her holistic approach.
