Jasen customizes massages for you based upon your needs and goals, and to promote holistic wellness through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual harmony. Drawing from his diverse experience, sessions may include relaxing Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, structural balancing and integration (utilizing opposing muscle theory and myofascial meridians), guided meditation, breathing practices, lymphatic drainage, trigger points, hot stone massage, energy healing, psychosomatic release, and education in anatomy, physiology, and exercise. He is also a passionate spiritualist and he enjoys working with the spirit-mind-body relationship to transform consciousness, promote wellness, and empower people to achieve greater wellness and harmony. 

A seasoned massage therapist of almost 15 years, Kara grew up and lived in Colorado her whole life where she graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. Her passion lies in helping her clients by listening to their needs to help release restrictions  in the body by tailoring each session to their concerns and wellness goals by getting to the root of physical pains with various flowing techniques, positive thinking, and self love. Her massage style is described as flowing, therapeutic, and intuitive. She enjoys all aspects of massage from relaxing and Swedish to prenatal, trigger point therapy and deep tissue, believing each are therapeutic. Outside of massaging she loves being outside, practicing yoga, and spending as much time as possible reading books. 

Andrea has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 and has been a therapist with Inis Spa for almost all of her career. Andrea chose Massage Therapy as a career after experiencing how helpful it was in managing her own chronic pain issues from old injuries. She has devoted her professional life to exploring new modalities to integrate into her work. She is a practitioner of Sacred Lomi Lomi, Table Thai, and Pre-Natal Massage. Andrea’s technique incorporates aspects of Hawaiian, Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, and myofascial work. These are tied together with long rocking strokes, passive stretching, hot stones and customized essential oils to tailor each treatment to the individual’s needs.

After decades of working in technology, Cecilia experienced a life-changing shift toward natural health. Driven by a personal journey of wellness and a growing interest in holistic practices, she embarked on a new path of learning and personal growth. Today, Cecilia combines her rich technical background with a passion for natural health and healing, focusing on integrating mind, body, and spirit for optimal well-being.  She retired to Surf City in 2021 to be closer to her family.

​​Alison, a resident of Surf City since 1997, has been a part of Inis Spa since 2010, handling all manner of administrative tasks as well as customer service. Specializing in business accounting and payroll, Alison has grown professionally alongside Inis Spa and is always available to help.

As a former teacher and Inis Spa receptionist, Grace ultimately found her passion in skincare and wellness. Originally from NY, she has been a part of the Topsail community since 2004. She has worked alongside Mary for many years and is excited to show her knowledge and dedication to Inis Spa through her holistic facial treatments. She is also eager to share her positive light and help clients feel refreshed and relaxed after a custom facial session.

Jennifer is a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Usui Reiki Master, practicing since 2008. A graduate at the top of her class in San Diego, CA, Jennifer also earned recognition as a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP).
With a passion for continuous growth, Jennifer holds 3 advanced certifications in Trigger Point Therapy and is an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, further enriching her expertise. Throughout her career, she has practiced and been licensed in three states, bringing her diverse skill set back to Eastern NC in 2024.
Jennifer's massage approach is rooted in both Eastern and Western modalities, tailored specifically to meet individual needs. Her treatments are designed to not only address focal areas with precision but to also provide relaxation and relief through her signature techniques, ensuring every session is both thorough and results-driven.​​

​Mary came from Co. Clare Ireland, where, for 25 years, she worked in the Holistic Spa Business. She was the Spa Director for 15 years at Dromoland Castle Hotel, Co, Clare Ireland. Dromoland is one of the world's leading resorts. ​

Mary came to the United States in 2005 and fell in love with Topsail Island and its people. She believes that the Island is a vortex for healing, and so Inis Spa was born. "Inis" means Island in the Irish Language.​​​ Mary is an Esthetician, Reflexologist and Reiki Therapist who specializes in Holistic European facials. Mary is at Inis Spa full time and looks forward to sharing her insight and knowledge she has gathered in several countries including Ireland, France, China and here in America.

Melissa is excited to say she has moved back to her hometown of Sneads Ferry.
Melissa has earned many certifications which make her knowledge and experience endless. She has obtained certification in facial massage, microdermabrasion, epidermal-planing, radio frequency, micro/medical needling, chemical peels, lash lift/tinting, and brow lamination/tinting, and facial/body waxing.
Melissa’s experience, drive, and passion allows her the opportunity to offer clients all of our spa and advanced clinical facials/treatments, waxing. Melissa takes a different approach to her facials by doing lots of massage and doing everything hands on. Massage is so important to keeping our skin fit. You can trust her knowledge, experience, education, and attention to detail in every one of your experiences at Inis Spa.

​​Jessica became passionate about massage therapy after receiving prenatal and postpartum massage. She was amazed by how her treatments helped ease her mind, relax her body, and relieve her aches. Jessica believes massage therapy is an important holistic approach to one's overall wellness. She has been learning and practicing massage therapy since 2018. Jessica graduated with her degree in massage therapy from the the state of Maryland. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Prenatal, Trigger Point, and Stretching are some of her training specialties.  

Born and raised in China, Sunny has been dedicated to the art of healing through massage therapy since 2012. Specializing in therapeutic massage and Eastern Tuina massage, they combine traditional Chinese techniques with modern therapeutic approaches to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Married to a Marine, Sunny understands the importance of resilience, discipline, and holistic wellness. Beyond massage therapy, fitness is her passion, and she strives to empower others to take charge of their physical and mental health.
